My guest, Dr. Glenda Bishop, is a registered nutritionist, a wellness coach, a behavioural neuroscientist, a personal trainer and an educator who helps people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome live a less irritable life. Glenda was diagnosed with IBS twenty five years ago and follows the low FODMAP diet to keep her IBS under control --  along with exercise, stress management, and other techniques. Heather Van Vorous has been suffering from Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) from the early age of nine and even after being diagnosed many years later, she was unable to get any help or find any information to relieve her symptoms.

Heather understands what it means suffering from IBS and the emotional and physical pain it can create in people’s lives and she has an ongoing personal interest in helping others with bowel disorders, so that they don't have to suffer as long as she did.
